Refund Policy
At Unioncome, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable or hygiene-related items (e.g., grooming consumables)
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at orders@unioncome.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@unioncome.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@unioncome.com and we'll investigate immediately.
