📦 Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

A: Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us at orders@unioncome.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
Q: My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
A: If your order is past the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking link first. If there's no update or the package appears lost, contact us and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at orders@unioncome.com to initiate a return.
Q: My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
A: We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to a defect or our error, we'll cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
